Sokhana Bhe started at Simon’s Town High School Lawhill Maritime Centre (“Lawhill”) at the beginning of her Grade 10 year in 2023. Sokhana is from KwaZakhele in the Eastern Cape.

Sokhana is an academically strong and determined young lady. Prior to her enrollment at Lawhill, she was selected to participate in a Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (“STEM”) Programme as a result of her science marks. She is passionate about Marine Sciences which she was introduced to through the STEM Programme.
